Are you looking for reasonably-priced saxophone lessons in metro Denver? Forget the impersonal music studio approach, where you may not even get a choice in who teaches you or your student. Playing and teaching the saxophone is my life! I teach with an eye on classical technique with a jazz sensibility. I encourage improvisation right away, but don’t let that scare you; it’s easier than you think. People who read music and hear it make the best musicians.
Here are a couple of facts: 2% of all people are prodigies like Yo-Yo Ma and John Coltrane, 2% cannot carry a tune in a bucket. That leaves you and me in that 96% middle. In the middle with rock stars and symphony players all over the world.

I have a love for music and teaching that is infectious and inspiring. You will learn to play with me as your mentor. I even teach online via SKYPE, a free video “phone” service.
